Founded in 1995, FoShan ShangPai(English name:Sunpak) Textile Co.,Ltd is located in XiQiao Town GuangDong Province,the hometown of textile fabric in China. With convenient transportation that is only 1 hour's drive from Guangzhou Airport,here is the origination of modern textile industry in the whole China. After 20 years' accumulation in R&D technology as well as innovation of closing fabric, Sunpak Company has climbed on a milestone after another. Integrating R&D,Production and Sales, now Sunpak owns 4 production sites. No.1&No.2 Plant mainly produce nylon-cotton straight stretch cloth for women's trousers,luggage cloth,work-wear cloth etc. Total area is 27,000 sq-ms. Daily production output reaches 150,000 meters.To ensure the good quality denim fabric in the later stage, in 2019 we established our own finishing factory----the No.3 plant. There are 6 production lines for finishing process.No.4 Production plant covers an area of 20,000 sq-ms. It is professional in manufacturing various high quality denim fabric for men and women such as color denim, cotton cloth,stretch cloth etc. Daily production output is 100,000 meters. Our fabric plants are equipped with advanced machines imported from Italy and Belgium, such as winding machines,warping machines and rapier looms.To make every piece of fabric ex-factory satisfy our customers,we use strict quality control system from raw material selection,warping,dyeing,weaving, finishing and other aspects of process. Since Sunpak also keep staying ahead in fashion trends, we are experienced and qualified to provide special treatment for denim fabric such as satin denim,overdye jeans fabric,printing denim fabric and so on.
